Hertz at MCO
Has Hertz changed at MCO so you can just select any car from a line?
Last time I rented there my name was on a board and I just went to the car and got in, think it’s called 5 Star or Gold Canopy. This time it’s saying ‘standard counter’ collection even though i’m still a gold member. Any ideas ?

I am similar to you, but after checking my booking it say's Gold Canopy.
Did you definately book whilst logged into your Gold account? We have the XT5 deal, but are secretly hoping for something a bit bigger |

Yes booked through my app, even spoken to them and they confirmed I’m ‘gold’ status...

Have this deal booked for august so please do update 😁 xt5 looks really small looking on Google, hoping to also get something a bit bigger. We usually get a suburban but way too expensive for august

We managed to get a suburban in July this year... booked really early and got two weeks for $725. I think that’s cheap, i’m happy with it either way 😀

We arrived on Friday and had a 7 seater suv booked. Got a Chevy traverse high country in a reserved space . Had a quick look down the gold lines and they were all mid size or standard cars , no SUVs at all. Lots of range rovers either reserved or premium .
