I was really surprised how easy it is to get a pizza delivered to your hotel room in the US, As I ordered online and could track my order from who made it to who was delivering it.

We were originally set to go to earl of sandwich for breakfast today but were not convinced after our experience a few days earlier so we decided to go to Wolfgang Puck Express which is literally next door.

You order your food at the counter and this is brought to your table.

I ordered a bacon and cheddar omelette which came with breakfast potatoes and Dan ordered a classic breakfast.

Now this restaurant is classed as counter service so a tip is not usually left but our server brought over our food, brought us top ups on our drinks just like a table service place so we did leave a tip as we felt it was rude not to.

The food was really good here and filled us up for most of the day, I think this was around $30 and we will score it 8/10

I wanted to try one of the quake shakes at Ghiradelli and this one was awesome - here's the description :


A Chocolate Bar Infused Milkshake with fresh Banana. Topped with Whipped Cream, Sea Salt and creamy GhirardelliŪ Caramel

And the verdict is - absolutely delicious and I could have one just now and it only cost $7.95.

I would give it a 9/10 - could not finish it though - was really filling.

This was one of our favourite meals whilst out here as we will definitely return, normally when you go for a meal as a couple you are thrown in a dark corner away from all the fun and it's normally sad when this happens - but in this case our table all be it in a dark corner had visits from Irish dancers on several occasions during the meal so we felt a part of it.

This restaurant is huge and has a great atmoshmephere, there was an Irish band playing outside and Irish dancers dancing around.

Our server was really attentive and jolly and brought us some Guinness brown bread with a honey dip and oh my god I could have just ate that and be happy - it was delicious - but I decided to hold back for dinner

I ordered a baileys shake - this was baileys, coffee liquor and ice cream



Dan ordered the four provinces flight which is Guinness, smith wicks, harp and Kilkenny beer



Now for the food

I ordered a - Burger ‘R’ Way – Char grilled sirloin beef burger with bacon, tomato chutney & Dubliner vintage cheddar



The burger was delicious and the cheddar really sharp

Dan ordered the - Schnitzel Savvy – Breaded and seared ham schnitzel with smoked bacon baked beans, a fried egg & chips





Dan said the beans were awesome and enjoyed the schnitzel.

We then shared a pudding because we were getting pretty stuffed.

We went for - Dunbrody Jaffa Kiss
Chef Dundon’s gift to America. Chocolate, orange marmalade centre
Add more chocolate, then add some more





This was quite small but really rich and lovely.

All in all this was a lovely meal and great place to eat, it cost $88 and we score it 9/10

Again this was a day where we missed breakfast but decided to have an early lunch, the food in here is counter service and we saw how big the chicken was so decided to share this meal as we had rainforest cafe later on.

We ordered fried chicken x 2 pieces, macaroni cheese, biscuit and fries.

It was ok but about the same level of KFC, this meal was more to keep us going than for the taste factor but at around $15 it was good value for money - I would score this a 6.5/10

Yep I know more dipping dots, it was a really warm day and these were perfect to refresh us a little bit.

Again we shared a regular and it was more than enough, the cookie dough was my favourite flavour and there were plenty of dough mixed in - again it was $5 and I would give this a 9/10
