I'm staying here in January. There were no rooms around Hospitality House so I've just booked a standard 2 bedroom villa. I've requested Millers Road in the hope that we get a building with an elevator 🤞🏼

Can’t comment on bad rooms, but we had a ground floor 2 bed in building 46 near the end of peninsula road. It was a short walk to the south point bus stop and backed onto the canal. Not too much noise, and a nice view over the canal.
