Mobile Cysts and the ca 125 blood test women?

Hi
So after my thread regarding stomach right side pain which they doctors assumed appendicitis then changed their minds and sent me
For internal scans external scan and a ct scan
(Found large cysts on right kidney and right ovary)
I’ve now had the doctor call today to go straight in for a ca 125 blood test which the hospital didn’t do (to be fair they were rammed and there was some big traumas in)

I’m just worried about it has anyone else had the test?
I had to google what it was so obviously now worried
The pains still there the painkillers upset my tummy
And now
Scaring myself stiff
I’d just
Like to feel normal

I also had a cysts on my ovaries
(Not on kidneys though) and had to have the test, it came back fine. I have to admit I was so scared about it too. Mine turns out I have endometriosis and had to have surgery, was just day surgery.

It’s awful but I’m hoping it’s something like that instead of the worse case
I’ve had a large cyst before
It was removed during an emergency c section with my twins (didn’t know it was there till then as at my 28 week scan it was not there twins born at 32)
That one had twisted round my tube gone what they suspected was gangrenous but the removed tube and cyst ended up in medical waste instead of for the testing it needed so nothing came of it
If I need surgery I want a full hysterectomy I have no tubes my family’s full my periods are like a blood bath
It needs to go

Sending you good luck x
I’ve got my internal/external scan on the 25th. Clear smear, so unsure what my problem is at the moment
Will be thinking about you.

i have large cysts, endometriosis, fibroids- everything inside is stuck together which means that I have bladder and bowel problems also. I have regular (3monthly) scans, and CA125 blood tests- the CA125 is usually raised due to my endometrosis, so my consultant also does a HE4 blood test alongside the CA125.

I had the test and I admit I was very scared, I had to sign a disclaimer that when I was under anesthetic I agreed to a hysterectomy if they deemed it necessary.
My cysts had burst and dispersed and I did not need a hysterectomy.
Good luck , you know your health and I would discuss all with your Dr and say how much your periods affect your health and are the options there to have a hysterectomy because that is what you want.
