Ive just read through this thread, and see you have made a decision. I havent stayed at SSR but have stayed at AKL, and IMO its such a unique hotel. There really isnt any where else like it! Its such an awesome concept and I am sure your friends will love it. I think you have done the right thing!

ive not stayed at AK (does look amazing though)... also the cost of the tips with delux? ... i think that would put me off tbh?

Dont they insist on a set fee for tips with 6 people reservations also?
