Gran Destino - shower privacy?

Hi everyone !

So we are booked to stay at Gran Destino this July (eeks) and having watched some vlogs showing the rooms I am wondering about the shower situation; so it appears once you shut the door to the bathroom area the toilet is out of bounds. If you leave it open everyone will have an eyeful thanks to the large glass shower door ! So call me barmy but what if I take over a cheap shower curtain with some towel clips and clip it to the shower door when we go in the shower (on the outside). That way if someone does need the loo they can still go. Doesn�t help that it�s me, DH, DD16 and her Boyfriend16 so definitely people who shouldn�t be seeing each other in the buff 😂😂 (me and hubby the exception obvs)

Any suggestions or does that sound doable?

You aren�t the first person to come to this conclusion- have read on a CSR Facebook page that this is the solution people are using.

Oh we are there next December, what is the issue? Is it the loo and shower are behind the same door (which is pretty normal I thought) or is it something else?

Other resorts we�ve stayed at the shower and toilet are in the same space but there is a shower curtain so as gross as it is, if desperate, you could use the toilet while someone is in the shower and not see anything. Also the sinks were separate so you could shower while others get on and do hair, make up etc. At gran Destino it�s all behind the one sliding door (although the toilet is behind another door) so you can�t use the sinks or toilet while someone showers without seeing everything due to a massive glass door 🤔

This is a reason we choose the normal CSR rooms. As a family of 4 the bathroom in the tower rooms wouldn't work.
