Is anyone having a problem with the system showing the bands do you have to be a within certain dates of your holiday to order them. A few weeks ago it showed them but could t get the ones we wanted...now the system just shows the 7 dwarves and says there is a problem in the system...has been like this for a few weeks?

The billing address has to be the one associated with your card (usually your home address). Clearly, it's you and not Disney that are purchasing the bands so you need to put your address as the billing address. This is true whatever you buy online with your credit/debit cards.

Right from the start there have been issues with buying these bands. The system often has problems. The availability of bands changes constantly. Bands people ordered don't always turn up at the resort when they arrive. Etc.

I'm not surprised if you are experiencing "problems in the system".

As someone else said, it's like Disney doesn't want to sell us these things and make more money.
