Kenwood Travel & Universal tickets
Hi,
We travel next month and we have bought our Universal tickets from Kenwood Travel. These are just paper with details on (no barcode or anything) and apparently I input the details into a 'will call kiosk' at the front of the parks. Has anyone done this? Is it straightforward?! Roughly how much time should I plan for to do this?! |

Haven’t used the machines myself but I’m sure you just swipe the card used to buy the tickets and they’ll come out. If not then you’ll just have to type in a few details on your confirmation to get them printed. Failing that you’ll have no issues going to the will call window and getting them to do it.

I did the same a few years ago and don’t recall any issues. I think there was a bit of a wait for the kiosk and you need to swipe a debit card/ credit card. This will need to have the same last name on the card as the lead passenger. I didn’t experience any problems.
