What a difference a year makes (join in)

This time last year we were 3 days away from our Orlando trip

We were at Animal Kingdom... halfway through our holiday

This time last year my husband had just got out of hospital after sudden illness and our wee dog Lola was diagnosed with lymphoma, we cancelled our September trip as we would not leave her and used the money for her treatment ,we lost her in January and decided to book two Florida holidays this year as it’s both our sixtieth birthdays , hubbies in April which got cancelled obviously and mine at the end of September which is now looking very doubtful! On the positive side we said if we were ever to get a another pup then it would be after the holidays but lock down has been so difficult without Lola and has confirmed the fact that our home just doesn’t feel like home without a dog so we are patiently waiting as our new pup is due to be born later this week ! xxx

This time last year DH & I were looking forward to going to watch Micheal Buble at Manchester Arena...since then we've had 4 outings (concerts & shows) cancelled at the arena for this year

Had just got the results back from a cancerous lump in my back to say it hadn’t spread and the next day tore my Gastrocnemius off by 93% playing rounders at work. Thought 2020 would be better, holding out of 2021!
