Update on my refund for those waiting.

I claimed this at the end of March and have just today received a credit note confirming the refund.

Not sure how long it will take to go back on my card but the claim has taken just slightly over 90 days but I wasn’t chasing as I appreciate the difficulties they face with cash flow etc.

I claimed on 19/3 for cancelled 21/3 flight. Got my email confirmation with amount stated 7 days ago. Still waiting for money.

my brother and his wife got their refund after a whatsapp conversation with VA yesterday this come after months of constant chasing, at least its done now !

do you have a RFUK number or their first 3 digits eg RFUK295xxx so we can see when the refund comes where we may be in the Que please - i know they are not moving in absolute order but would give those that have had no contact a bit of an idea on where they are up to

Finally got my refund this morning - RFUK249xxx so looks like there's still a long way to go for most

yeh i think so mine are 297 and 305 but getting closer and they do seem to be moving now.
