Pancake place with tabletop griddles?

Can anyone tell me the name and location of the breakfast restaurant where you have a griddle at your table and buy the batter and toppings to make your own? I saw it on a Florida review video on youtube but i cant find it again, thanks!

It was great when we were there in February, it hadn't changed a bit from the 1st time we visited 15 years before.
Quite a long trek to get there but worth it. We did the boat tour as well - loads of wildlife.

We have been a few times and definitely recommend it. There is normally a waiting list as it is very popular. If you are taking the Eco River trip they will hold your table for you if you are a bit late back. They give you two jugs of pancake batter one normal and the other different grains (both great) and if you want more they just bring another jug. Last time we went we had our dil and ds with us and she makes a bean pole look fat but did ask for more batter as she was enjoying it so much. Also recommend the boat trip - we saw a lot of wildlife and had a very knowledgeable boat captain.
