Virgin villa pickup details at MCO?
We go in just under 4 weeks, staying in a virgin AOA villa. Since we're flying in on the later flight the villa rental office to pick the villa details up will be closed and I was under the impression that we would get our villa details from the virgin rep at the airport.
However just got our red envelope and it says we still have to go to the villa management office and get our villa details from a lock box outside of there? Has anyone managed to get the details at the airport, was hoping this was the case to cut out an extra journey when we land. Thanks |

Unfortunately as your villa is not allocated until the day you arrive, the Virgin reps will not have your villa details, that is why they make you go to the MC's office to pick them up, I am sure Virgin use Contempo as their management company in Florida, their office is located just across the road from the Posner Park Mall on the US27
Plus you will have to go back to the MC's office the next day to book in and leave your security deposit. Sorry I could not give a better reply. Steve |

That's the thing with tour operators - they get their villas through agents who manage private owners’ villas, and usually allocate your villa on arrival in Orlando, so you will not know exactly what you will get until you arrive. (Not all homeowners accept tour operator bookings.)
You will have a great time staying at your own home from home. If you have any problems with an AOA rental villa, it is always a good idea to let the management company and the tour operator know straightaway. They are on hand to deal with any issues. |

You should get your villa details from the Virgin rep at the garage kiosk. I remember mocking the instructions in hindsight two years ago. But the second poster is correct in relation to the location of the MC and the fact you'll need to pop in the next morning. Oh and all our AOA villas have been great incidentally.
