We found if you have FP's the system is fantastic..if you don't then it's rubbish ..
The app was the biggest bug bear of mine. I found it the worst in Epcot for some reason, just could not get into it

Shooby doo, could be. I'm basing this on our experience last December and again this June. Like they say 'YMMV'.

Out of interest, what are 'EP's? I've not come across that abbreviation before.
