Confused about what to request at OKW

Help!

We wont have a car when we go to OKW so want to stay near Hospitality House, would also like to have the highest floor and dual entrance to the bathroom (we are in a 1 bed villa)

When I log into online check in, I can request Upper Floor or Second Floor...daft question but is Upper Floor the highest or is that Second Floor?

Also there doesn't seem to be a way to request being near to HH, the options are:

Ground Floor
Upper Floor
Lower Floor
Second Floor

Dual Bathroom entrances


Near Transportation
Peninsular Road Area
Old Turtle Pond Road Area
Fairway View
Millers Road Area
South Point Road Area
Canal View

I really want Block 62 but there doesn't seem to be a way to request it. I tried calling Disney direct but was told that because I didn't book through them directly( I booked through Complete Orlando) I can't make any requests via the telephone

Can anyone help with which is the best two choices to make to get the best chance of getting nr HH?

Hi all the areas are good we have stayed in 46 32 and all are a short walk to HH and keep in mind some off the smaller pool areas are nice and quiet.Also check if u want a water or golf course view

Not all blocks have studios and one beds on the top floor. Some blocks are 2 stories and some are 3.

The dual bathroom entrance really limits the blocks you get near HH as they are only in blocks over 30.

Decide what's really important and tick those or don't do online check in and ask on arrival.

There is no 'near HH' request as for DVC that is a booking category and as they make up the bulk of the bookings it is not needed for OLCI.
