has anybody stayed at the travelodge heathrow T5? it was only �25

We stayed in 2012 (think we paid �21) and found it ideal for an overnight stay - surprisingly quiet given the proximity of the runways. The only downside is that there is absolutely nothing nearby - it's in the middle of an industrial estate, but don't let that put you off as you can easily drive to nearby restaurants/pubs.

We stayed there last November.
Would not hesitate to stay there again. Had a nice meal.
Very clean.
Absolute bargain.

Took the bus to the airport, took just a few minutes.

Had a great view from the 5th floor of T5 too.

We've booked there for �25 too for a family room!
