Mobile Flight socks, do you wear them?

I wore them on our first couple of long haul flights a few years ago but I don't bother now. I'm in good health and make sure I get up and walk around every now and then on the flight.
Does anyone else wear them, do you think it's really necessary?

Yes I do. I had a dvt a few years ago, so worried if I dont.

I put them on an hour or so before the flight and leave them on as long as I can afterwards, eg once weve arrived home or at hotel. I find that leaving them on for a couple of hours after the flight stops the swelling I otherwise get that can last a few days.

I don't wear them because the only time I did my foot swelled up. I dont think they are really made for my curvy calves to be honest. 😂

I always wear them as my feet swell really bad - but usually take them off straight away but having read the post from bellasmummy will leave them on for a while.

I wear them as I find my legs are uncomfortable after a long haul flight. These stop that.
