Winner!

Your Dibb name always stands out to me as my father is called Kevin and lives in Cambs. FWIW he's seen the perfect 'KEV1N' plate twice in his life, both times in London, about 30 years apart

Mine is up by several hundred % also. Dont let others drag it down and enjoy the fact you could cash it in for a big profit. Mine is up similar. I had all the same sort of comments when I mentioned on a thread that my car was worth more than I paid for it so was costing me nothing.
Some people just dont like that you have done well from it.

I tend to regard plates like designer handbags a bit pretentious but harmless if that's how others want to blow their cash but I did smile at this horsebox recently

Was it a 1972 Green Austin, probably an 850 mini?
Was last taxed in 1989

You can find all details on the GOV website

If that's a dig at me I don't care if Kev sells his plate or not, I just pointed out it doesnt matter if its increased in value unless he sells it. I certainly was not attempting to drag him down, most things have gone up in value so why not a plate with an actual name on it?

I like mine, it has my initials, it didn’t cost a lot and it makes it ‘mine’

My hisband has ARK on his which ties in with our villa ( it’s our boys initials and it’s so personal to us, I love it )
