Went and said I wasn't happy with 4545 and they've managed to give us a massive upgrade.

We're now in a 2 Bedroom Savannah View Suite with Club Access. It's incredible, love it when they properly fix things.

It's Uzima Savannah that we've now got a view of with our upgraded room. Previous room (with noise) was on 4th floor of Kudu trail overlooking Sunset Savannah.

All work, as far as I can tell, is taking place in Kudu trail. The only working laundry room is in Zebra trail at the moment as that part of Kudu is also shut off.

We were woken at 7 by the noise - also on the Kudu trail. We got $200 room credit, which was fine but had to complain 3 times as it didn’t stop.

That's awful. Did you record any of the noise? Send that off to Disney if you did and let then know the effect it had on your holiday/experience.

Yeah I have recordings of the drilling and hammering. I didn’t mind the noise after 9 as we were warned of it but 7am is pushing it!

Really worried about this now. We like to stay in our room in the afternoons. Noise would be a big issue for us. Don’t fancy paying over 5k to be in a noisy room.
