Universal annual pass - communication

We signed up online at the start of August for our APs with Universal and when we sign in it is there as a purchase but says ‘processing’ - does anyone know what this means?
Is it going to be processing until we pick them up on our first day?
Having a little panic in the last week before we go!

We have never received any email comms from them about our purchase so feels strange.

Did you get billed on you card ?
If so , don't worry.
If not, then you can buy them at the same price when you go to pick them up, if they were not processed, so don't worry.
