Buffet drinks
Do any of the restaurants offer refillable / unlimited soft drinks?

When we went the Stars buffet last year, it included 1 drink and that was served in a can! It was an extra 5 euros for each subsequent can, there were no refillable drinks and they were reluctant to bring a jug of water to the table too...it may be different in other places.

Plaza gardens is supposed to be refillable however out of the 5 times we've been recently we've only being offered more drinks once, we've asked but they've never materialised. They did pass a law a couple of years back in France stopping unlimited drinks so we've been wondering if this has been the reason.

Yes, there is a law against refillable drinks (because the French diet is oh so healthy...!)
I think one or two places get around it somehow, but no, usually drinks are not refillable. However, we were in Restaurant des Stars last week and saw a table near us with a carafe of water on it. So when we had finished our drinks I went to the drinks counter and asked for 'un carafe d'eau ordinaire' (ie tap water, not the stuff they charge for) and that was fine.

Tap water in a jug is as best as it gets. Plus it’s free.

Does anyone know how much the breakfast costs?

We’ve never had any trouble getting a jug of water - I think we’ve had water in Cape Cod, Agrabah, Restaurant Des Stars and Plaza Gardens. When we’re paying OOP, we generally just order water anyway, so that there’s no need to pay for drinks.

All the buffets say on the menu that only one drink is included. There is a clearly marked drinks station at Restaurant des Stars so you can go up and ask for drinks. I went up and asked for a carafe of tap water and took it to our table, no problem.
