I'm not normally at home during the day but i am today, and just flicked over the TV and saw the place in the sun is n, and in Florida - thought ohh this will be fun...

is it just be or is the presenter overly condescending and a bit slimy? i know not everyone is as knowledgeably as you lovely lot... but he's really annoying me.

so much so i want to switch over, but also want to know what 250k is going to buy them!

Ben Hillman seems to run out of things to say compared to Jasmine, Laura, Sara and Scarlette.
If any couple mentions they have a family, Ben uses their names, ages, and interests all through filming.

Here's our second property at Highland Park, really nearby Celebration. It has a swimming pool which will suit Timmy age 7, and Helen age 5, you told us they are keen swimmers. Oh, and best of all Sophie age 16 will love this - a walk in wardrobe!

One of my favourite annoyances. They often imply it is the closest "town centre" to most villas regardless of where they actually are. Even better there are NO short term rentals in Celebration so you would think they would focus on somewhere else.
