Selfie Stick but not extendable

My LO is 6 and wants to take selfies with the characters. She struggles with selfies so we was hoping if anyone can point us in the direction of a hand held selfie. I don’t want it to extend just make it more sturdy and easier to push the button. Like the below. Can one help as we really don’t want to spend that much and it would only be for character meets

How about the go pro Stick? Hand sized but can also turn into a small tripod

i believe all selfie sticks etc are banned from the parks

They let you take them in if they don’t extend. The go pro ones they are just to hold it are fine for example.
