Mobile Universal 1 day, 2 park tickets?

Hi, we had planned to buy a ticket for both parks this Saturday with Express Passes bundled in from universalstudios.com ($290 each!) but I’ve just tried to do it and you have to be a US resident.

On the U.K. site you can only buy a 14 day consecutive pass which is way better value, but we only need (and have) 1 day

Are there any better options rather than just paying at the gate please? From experience with U.K. parks that’s generally a very expensive way of doing it. Thank you

go to universalorlando/web...s/park-tickets

2 parks, 1 day tickets for next saturday costs $170 + tax
select your date of visit

add to cart

then click next step

select the date (sat 7 sept)
select 2 parks if you want to use express in both parks

then below choose either "unlimited" at $129.99+tax per person for unlimited express access to rides
or choose universal express pass at $109.99+tax per person for the one time per ride express pass

add relevant express pass to cart

view cart

choose "will call kiosk" as a delivery method

proceed to payment, you don't need to be a us resident for these tickets

once transaction has been processed, you'll receive an email, with a code

go to the kiosks outside one of the 2 parks
insert your credit card in the machine (the same card that was used for payment, it's for verification purposes only) then enter the code you received in the email (scan qrcode if available)

the machine will print your tickets

proceed to gates for park entry

Thanks so much! Unfortunately I’m having the same problem - when I go to the payment screen it won’t let me enter UK as my address, nor will it accept a UK post code!

Just wondering is $170 plus taxes the same price as on the gate?

don't know what you're missing or doing wrong
I have no issue entering a UK adress (buying tickets for Boris, rough week for him, right :p )

make sure you select UK from the dropdown list before you enter anything else.

You may not need Express passes on Saturday

Undercover tourist are slightly cheaper, $2 per ticket

Having been at both parks today and most rides were a walk on or as good as an express pass wouldn't have been needed.
Even hagrid with no express pass line was 15 minutes for me this morning and the longest was 30.
The longest I waited for other rides was the Simpsons at about 15.
Saturday may be busier with locals though but HHN starts on Friday so a lot will be going to that and may not go the next day.

consequence of people postponing or cancelling their trip because of Dorian, on top of an usually very very quiet early september

I've just bought this ticket direct with universal, £148 ($181), selected mobile option as it means my son can go straight to the turnstile, no queuing. Had the email confirmation within minutes, complete with barcode.
