Definitely would recommend them for the water parks as the floors in there are uneven and you can cut for feet open very easily as DD found out last time when she decided to take her shoes off at Blizzard Beach and cut her foot on the floor in the main pool. Ive got to say though that you can probably get the cheaper in the UK in places such as Sports Soccer. We got them in Walmart last time but to be honest they were cheaper at home.

Yes! Whenever I've been the floors have been red hot and the floor for the Roa Rapids at Aquatica for example are not very smooth! I would just buy some cheap ones and then at least you have them if you need them.

Yes, yes, yes to swim shoes. We saw lots of people wearing them, and on some of the rough surfaces you need something to protect your feet.

Good grief, yes! We go in August and the floor burns the soles of your feet it's so hot. Much better to buy them to take with you (whether at home or in say Walmart), than waiting and having to buy them at the waterparks where they are pricey.

We have purchased them for us all from Sports Direct - think it was less than 20 for 4 pairs. I dont know if we will use them alot but wanted to have them in case.. have read alot about uneven flooring plus the ground gets really hot too!
