this is newly updated (when the hotel finally reopened) it's a buffet (lots of sea food apparently, so more up market than the traditional Disney buffets in WDW!) and there's 4 characters (always Mickey and Minnie, then either Pluto and Goofy OR Donald and Daisy) dressed in classy 'royal' type costumes and the reports I've read say the characters come round to the tables several times with good interaction. I really want to go on our next visit but I'm veggie (but don't eat salad lol! ) and don't eat seafood so very expensive to meet 4 characters lol!

The Princess one is Auberge du Cendrillon, very expensive table service restaurant

Oh I'm there the same time as you! I had a look on the website and there's still availability, the app sometimes has times on there which aren't actually available

I'll take a look on their website then, as it sound much more reliable than the app. Thanks for your help and advice.
We're there from Mon 30/9 to Thu 3/10 😊

I've managed to make a booking via the website. The latest available time was 2:30pm, so I went for that one. I don't think it stays open later for dinner. The latest lunch appointment on the website appeared to be 3:30pm, but all the times after 2:30pm had already gone.
