Mobile Linking an annual pass

We’ve got two trips this year so have just bought out annual passes. I was told I could use the will call number to link to MDE and book fast passes. However when I enter the confirmation number is says unable to process request and I need to phone. Any ideas?

I'm currently here and have a problem with my May FPs as our annual passes expire halfway through our May stay.
This stopped me being able to get what I wanted but I also cant renew my AP as it's not within the 60 day window.

If you ring Guest Services and press option 1 for English then option 2 for AP holders they will sort you out.

They are so helpful I got them to book my FPs for the period after my pass expired. They did 7 days worth for me in 5 mins flat, all back to back and no chopping and changing of times.

this is going to be our problem, 7 days in to our trip in july our annual pass expires but we cannot renew like you until the 60 days and by that time fasspass window will be gone

Ali. Worry not. Do as I did and ring the Website Support people and select the AP part.

The Lady I spoke to booked me well over a week of FPs in literally minutes. I gave her the date, the Park, the three rides in order and the times I wanted.
Sho overrode the system and didn't have to take what was available. She set the times not the computer.

All she said was that if I failed to renew our APs on the expiration date those FPs would drop off.

is there a special number to phone or did you do it via the member services number

Just checked on the redial button.
It's 407-939-4357. Press 1 for English then when prompted select option 2
