Eating in the castle is brilliant but on the dining plan I’d do dinner there. We paid oop and it was a lovely meal and really special. I took my boys ( age 15 and 12 then ) and even they loved it . It’s the heart of wdw.

I'd have loved to swap to dinner, but I'm veggie and the option I have isn't something I would really enjoy, so I feel like it would be a waste for me to have that meal there. I think the breakfast menu sounds tasty though! Good to know you loved the experience though!

Free food at Tuskers wouldn't be enough to temp me back - hated that place so much lol

I echo the comment about breakfast - its the quietest time in the park - do you really want to be sat down eating ? I would rather book lunch / dinner...

For Storybook Dining, it might be worth planning for it at the later end of your trip, when I booked ours a couple of months ago I couldn’t get it at all for the first few days and only at very late times after that (we only have 5 nights on site)

The alternative is to book them for pre park opening times - you can definitely do this for Tusker, not sure about CRT...
(We are breakfast people too!)

That’s what we do. Usually book CRT for 8am - just try and avoid EMH if we can.

Grand Floridian cafe isn’t worth a credit pay cash. Meals are only $12-15.
Agree Cali grill brunch is lovely.
For tusker you can book rivers of light package.
Maybe swap a breakfast for dinner, I find you can get a bit breakfasted out.
