First DVC Trip Approaching.

Hi
I have my first DVC trip coming up 21May 2019

We have a Studio at poly for the first 4nights followed by a studio at copper creek for 7nts.

Now i have started to think of things that maybe I should do/request before hand. The first thing being a cot for the little one, will this be automatic or should i request and do they provide the bedding.

Also do you find it easy changing resorts when having a split stay?

and any tips for both resorts would be really appreciated

Thanks

Good one Razliz.

Cot- they have the 'pack and play' already in the cupboard.
Moving easy- bell services do it all for you.
Get some shopping in via Instacart (thread on the DVC board here).

If a pack and play is not suitable you can request a crib (looks like an old fashioned hospital cot) We had two last year at three different resorts and just asked housekeeping on arrival. They come with a sheet but no blankets. Definitely can’t climb out but they do take up quite a lot of room.

Enjoy, we're just back from CCV and it really is the most gorgeous resort, I can't believe it's taken me so many years to stay at WL!

If you're interested the art & architecture tour runs at 9am in the mornings from Wednesday to Saturday, it lasts an hour and gives some great insight into the detail in the design of the resort.

Geyser point is the most wonderful spot to sit with a meal or a drink and just enjoy the tranquility of Bay Lake, despite being so close to MK, you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle, it's really gorgeous.

Watch the light pageant after HEA each night, we were lucky enough to have a view from it from our balcony, but you can see it from anywhere along the front.

The CCV pool has zero entry and lots going on for your little one, we don't have young kids so tended to stay around the Boulder Ridge pool instead which is much quieter.

It really is the most gorgeous resort, we're back in December and meeting up with other DVC owners in the Carolewood Pacific room, this room has some original carriages from Walt's 1st train he had at his home (the rest are in a museum), the room's worth a visit if it's something you're interested in
