Town Centre Reserve area

Hi all, we are looking at booking a villa on the Town Centre Reserve area, Davenport, it seems a great location for access to main highways, shops ECT, whilst reserve itself is very quiet. Could anyone tell me if they've stayed there or give me some info on the area ?

We have stayed in numerous villas on town centre reserve depending on who travels, I will be staying in a 3 bed in October as it is just me and my daughter, next year I will be staying in a 5 bed as more of my family will be travelling. We all love it, 5 minutes off junction 58 of the I4 and publix literally 2 minutes away, it is also a short drive to Possner park which is a retail park which is currently being expanded. If I ever had the money town centre is where I would buy, it's a lovely gated community which we all love. The 5 bed is booked through a DIBB villa owner and the 3 bed a separate management company (westridge management). Hope that helps

We've not stayed at Town Center Reserve but did stay next door at Terrace Ridge and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Excellent location only a few minutes from the I4 and about 10 minutes from the 192.
Publix and some restaurants only a few minutes away as well.

This is our favourite location, handy for the I4, Publix and plenty of restaurants close by.

Really easy access to the 192 and Sherberth Rd too.

We have stayed at town centre reserve once through a dibb villa but don't think Tracey rents here any more. She had a lovely 4 bed overlooking the lake.

Have also stayed in a separate one on the road opposite. We preferred the outlook of the first one with a western facing lanai and water view rather than the one with east facing onto other gardens. It is a matter of personal choice and outlook is important to us.

The reserve is lovely very well maintained feels safe, and easily accessible to all that you need it to be.

If it’s Berry Town Centre we stayed there a few years ago
- it was fine - communal pool area was lovely x TBH I prefer a villa for more space x

Town centre reserve is off Lake Wilson Road, down near the Osceola Polk line. So a fair distance from Berry.

That said when staying in that area we still trek up to go the the Applebee's at Berry. Agreed, it's lovely around there too.

We stay there all the time, we back onto the lake. Quiet and clean.
Pubix 5 mins down the road, redrobin just a bit further , first watch right oppostite.
