Yes, that's correct. You get one email with a link to a page on Disney's website. Clicking on that link registers the additional $100. You don't get an additional second email confirming the extra $100 (as far as I'm aware).

I’ve used a link posted on dibb and the page says I’ve activated the extra $100 but I’ve never had an email, should I be concerned?

I’ve also activated the link and had no email back so I’m hoping that was it. It was a unique link so probably linked to your email address, hopefully as long as you use the same one when booking you will get the extra $100.

(But someone correct me if I’m wrong, I wouldn’t want to loose out on the extra $100! )
