Half term will be over as it's 27th - 31st May in Nottingham anyway.

Hi,

I’m interested to find out where people find the flight bargains. Is it just a case of trying various dates and airports on the different airline websites? We’ve been tied to school holidays in the past so just accepted the ridiculous prices but we have a bit more flexibility next year.

Thanks

I use the ITA Matrix to search for fares, its google related. You cannot book with them but take the details to a TA or book direct with the airline. 2017, August last 2 weeks, flights to MCO via Charlotte £550, very happy with that price. Other than that, the usual searches Skyscanner, Kayak, Net Flights etc.

I am sooooooooooooooo jealous!

Would LOVE LOVE LOVE to get such a bargain for the 2 of us in July.
But no chance. Have reluctantly budgeted for €1000 per person for flights next year from Dublin direct to MCO inc baggage and seats in economy!

I cringe every time I think about it!

I stalked Skyscsnner plus Google flights and we’re travelling Delta One this summer for less than that. It’s indirect but I figured business class and use of the lounges would make it a lot easier. Plus I’m not liking the late takeoff and arrival of Aer Lingus. We take off around midday and still get in before the Aer Lingus flight and also arrive back in Dublin hours earlier. I booked out fares on Christmas Eve
