Helloooo,
I have to admit I am always the same when I check into a hotel after a long haul flight. My boyfriend laughs and now doesn't even come in the room until I've been in and checked that I'm not going to make him move or put up with a colossal sulk. I think its how tired you are by that point of the day which is why I refrain from going to a park that first day too because I think anything I did other than chill out with food and drink would make me underwhelmed! Glad to hear you felt better later on though x
