Looking for my Ears

Arrived on sunday night and found 2 people stood on the left hand side opposite the rental desks. I think it was National car hire, to give you a more specific area, assuming this is where they always stand. Very straight forward procedure, just checked everything and confirmed the card I had on file. Showed me were to return the pass and warn of the 10$ charge if not returned. We're travelling out to both coast and she advised it may take upto 3 weeks for these toll charges to apply.
However at the Alamo exit the attendant told me to ensure the toll pass was postioned correctly to avoid alamo charges as well. So make sure the bar code is displayed facing the windscreen! I checked my comformation email and could clearly see my rental had been set against the toll pass. By the time I had reached hotel check in, I had the toll pass, disabled and hotel car park badges hanging from my rear view mirror. |

Just back and would highly recommend this. It really is no hassle.
Received the pass from level 1 at MCO (there are people spread around the floor near the rental desks - I was at a-side). The hanger provided isn't that large, could hardly see it. There are various places to return the hanger - they send an email with a map. We returned it to the 'bin' as we walked out of the car park (just before the cross walk to the terminal). |

Just booked this - no issues with card, it's a Visa Debit card but with an American bank.
Confirmation email to my Gmail account did go into spam - not much else does, so they could do with sorting out whatever it is that's getting their email caught by spam filters. Must admit I'm nervous about delaying getting to the garage - I find picking up the hire car the most stressful part of the whole trip. But we're getting a 15 seat bus this time, so shouldn't be any agonising over which one is best! |

Used this and found it brilliant. Much cheaper than previous tolls and very straightforward. We had no problem finding the bins to return it either.
