Poncho - replacement?

Hi I was reading that apparently Disney replace your official poncho if it gets damaged.

Does anyone know if Universal do the same... have a HP one that’s ripped and seen better days!

Sorry, don't actually know the answer to your question! Best thing I can suggest is dump the ponchos! We only ever got caught twice...usually we just run for shop or ride queue!

I was under the impression that you still needed a receipt to exchange a Disney poncho (cm dependant of course) so I’m not sure about Universal’s policy.

I think I get just as wet in the process of taking a poncho off so don’t bother anymore

Why not just buy a new one over there ? Walmart will sell them cheap , I’d be to embarrassed to go get it replaced when it’s only something cheap l8e a poncho, but that’s just me.
You could try taking it to universal and see what they say,or drop them a message on social media see if that helps?
