Trip Report - Day 7 Friday 21st June - Last minute holiday

We started the day as normal now with cereal and fruit in our hotel room and relaxed a bit watching TV, we arrived at Blizzard beach at 1pm and it wasn't too busy, we didn't want to be laying around we just wanted to hit the slides and pools and then leave, so that's what we done.

All slides were done at least 2 or 3 times each, lazy river and wave pool all done, and we stopped for lunch too (Walmart salad).

No wait times really maybe 5 or 10 minutes for some slides like summit plummet.

We were done by 5pm and left feeling happy that we'd done all we could.

Dropped the car off at the hotel and got showered and changed, we had a few buds at this time and once again got the I-trolley down the road, this time to miller's bar.

We sat at the bar and had 3 blue moons each, very enjoyable lager, we were joined by a couple from Newcastle who had been to Islands of adventure and rode the new hagrids ride, 4 hours they had to wait for it though! They said it was amazing and worth the wait though.

The night passed us by and it was 11pm before I knew it, we started walking back but by the time we got to pointe Orlando we were both hot and sticky and we jumped into a taxi for 8 dollars.

I wasn't hungry so didn't have any dinner, Mrs got a subway on the way home.

Another enjoyable relaxing day we had, tomorrow is our late visit to MK.

Tips - the rental lockers at BB were 10 dollars for standard or 15 for a large, the standards are big enough for a normal sized backpack/rucksack.
