Mobile Cleaning trainers

Hi my son has trainers that need cleaning what is the best way or any tips? They are rubber and material and quite expensive so don’t want to mess them up more.

Is that ok? The Adidas page says not to use a washing machine but I’m happy to do that if it works.

Mine have those expensive Adidas things and I put them in. I never admitted to him and they think I did them by hand
Just make sure you tie the pillowcase tight to stop them coming out and dinting your drum

I always used the washing machine and put a shoe stretcher in afterwards while they air dried.

I do the same as you colette and trainers and converse have always come out fine, I usually put a hair bobble round top of pillowcase to keep it shut.
