Our countdowns are only 90 minutes different! We're going indirect though so you will arrive before us. Where are you staying at Disney and Universal?

we have 7 nights at POR, 8 nights at Rosen Inn at Pointe (with 1 night at RPR in the middle), then 3 nights on AMI. We fly back easter sunday as well but from Tampa.

My plan for Universal is to get there really early on Thur 6 April, check in to the hotel and be in whichever park opens early by 8am. Then have a mid afternoon break and go back for the evening and eat dinner at Bubba Gumps. On the Friday we will have more of a lie in and take it easier until it closes at 6pm.

We're at BC for 7 nights then HRH for 3 then 7 nights in a villa. I'm not sure how accurate my countdown is, we get there on Wednesday 29 th march and fly back Easter Saturday.
Getting to HRH for early afternoon on our first day, hoping to do quite a bit of one park in that afternoon / eve. Then have two clear days to spend at the two parks but will definitely be having some pool time in the afternoon. Can't manage full days! I think we will only do one early opening, probably the Thursday same as you.
