Avis Preffered: Garage A side or B Side?

Seasoned MCO Avis renters, which assumes you are "Preferred", I'm so confused at which garage you go to, as you obviously skip the desk. I've read 'it doesn't matter' but surely it does, as you're pre-allocated the car in a bay.
How do you know which Garage?
Does that Avis App thingy help?

When I last did Avis Preferred was in Vegas and the desk had my name on a screen and I went to the only garage desk there.

I am not sure if this is a definite, however the car hire has note of your flight. Virgin use A side, Thomas Cook and British Airways are B side. I would expect your car to be on same side, however if it is not posted on board, just ask at desk in garage and they will print out and issue from available stock (happened a couple of times to me)... if no stock they shuffle cars from A to B and B to A of course using Budget also

Cheers. Don't think they know what flight we're on. As we're flying VIR but booked car through BA.
But if they have stock of the "trucks" (Tahoe/Yukons) or can use Budgets then that's good.

You can amend the booking I did same flying virgin but book the car through ba!

I rang avis as I couldn't find a way to amend the booking but I think you can use avisba.com?
