Alamo Skip the Line

I know this has probably been asked countless times, and the info is probably available if I trawl the Alamo thread, but for the life of me I can't find the answer i need!

I booked through US Rent a Car and have done OLCI, and when I go to the site there is no option for Skip the Line. I thought the workaround was simply to open a new tab and try again (whilst the other tab is still open), however this isn't working for me. What am I doing wrong?!

Don't worry about it. Once you've done the OLCI, thats enough, just go straight to the garage. I've never bothered with doing the work around steps as its only taking your card details which is exactly what they do at the exit barrier.

I've just done this and printed out the skip at the counter ticket it has my name, email and phone number on the ticket but all the rest of the information on the print out primary driver, additional driver , pick up and drop off ect is blank is this right?

I've gone in and printed again and its all there now don't know what happened. One other question is there a minimum amount of credit I need on the card when I pick the car up?
