CBR to Boardwalk?
Hi,
Is it possible to walk to the boardwalk safely from the CBR? On the map it doesn't look far at all. If not, is the best option to drive to Disney Hollywood Studios (we don't like using the buses) and catch the boat to the boardwalk? If so, where exactly do we catch the boat from, and where will it drop us off in the boardwalk? We want to spend an afternoon/evening there without being restricted to the 3 hours parking at another resort. |

Definitely not. WDW isn't really set up for walking between places. I'd go for one of these 2 options for easy access:
1. Drive to Epcot, park up, walk through the park and out of the International Gateway which is between England and France - it's a 5 minute walk from there. 2. Drive to Hollywood Studios and catch the boat which is docked to the right of the entrance - easy to see. The boat drops you in the middle of the Boardwalk area. You can also follow the path along the river and walk from there - about 20-30 minutes maybe?

Thanks.
The boat sounds like the best option. Does the boat drop off at the Disney Swan first before the boardwalk? |

Yes, it goes to the Swan, Beach Club and Boardwalk. If you have a look here, you'll see the boat docks and where it is in relation to Epcot and HS too. You can move the map around and zoon in and out:
