I'm probably again with the rest of you! I can't wait to stay at cbr again next year and as everyone on here has said if it's discounted bargain if not we are up and out before 9am and if lucky back for 4pm...

Me too, would rather move hotels then have all the facilities reduced, especially if it is the food court

I tend not to use the food courts so it wouldn't bother me.
It does raise a more interesting question of the value of staying on site versus Swan/Dolphin/Hotel Bvd if you spend very little time using the facilities. I love PO for ambience but nowadays the only two resorts that really interest me are AKL as my partner loves wildlife , he'd like PO but AKL would be his idea of heaven (he's never done Disney and thinks it isn't for him so I'm slipping an Orlando stay onto a cruise to convert him) or Beach Club for its location (although Swan and Dolphin come a close second for the same reasons). On site for families is brilliant but for adults I am not fully convinced having done both. |

I think there has been some sort of renovations happening every time I've stayed at the Boardwalk and we have never been affected. But we stopped by the Poly on our last trip and the whole main building was being worked on. That would have frustrated me. There were hoardings everywhere and the restaurant was closed and a temporary one in it's place.
