Hotel in Tampa with free shuttle to Busch- any recommendations?

As the title says We will have a car, but would rather just shuttle it there and back- it seems Tampa is not quite so, er 'nice' as Orlando so a bit nervous about finding a reasonable hotel Hyat place was what I had narrowed it down to so far, but then read a few reviews on trip advisor about a shooting in the parking lot last March which slightly alarmed me.. but we went to San Francisco last year and New York a few years back so I'm sure it can't be any 'worse' than big cities like that... can it?!

We use the Holiday Inn opposite - its a bit cheap and cheerful but has a shuttle and free breakfast adn is clean

We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express which overlooks Busch, so they may do a shuttle.
You are right about the area though its not as nice, we heard gunshots when we were there.
I was nervous but DH takes it all in his stride :0

We've stayed twice at the Wingate by Wyndham which has a free shuttle service. You either give them a pick up time or ring them when you want to be picked up.

We stayed at the Hyatt place Busch in December - great hotel for our needs and I felt safe - never read about the shooting though 😐
