Hotel advice

We're looking at a couple of days in Disneyland and would love to hear your recommendations for a good neighbour hotel as we've only ever been to Disneyworld before!

Next month we will be stopping for the 3rd year in a row at the Desert Palms.

Less than 10 mins walk to the parks, free hot breakfast and free parking, opposite a big CVS and next to a 7/11 .

There are many hotels in walking distance, some older motel style with external corridors/doors like the Camelot , Candy Cane Inn.. and then newer hotels like the Howard Johnson, Desert Palms etc..

We've stayed in Sheraton park at the Anaheim resort and best western courtesy inn. Both lovely,but BW half the price of SP. Recommend BW,5 min walk to Disney parking garage then jump on the free tram to the gate. Free parking,free hot breakfast,pool/hot tub,free WiFi,rooms decent size,basic but clean with fridge,microwave,aircon. Check out the reviews on trip advisor. If we got back to Anaheim I'd stay there again
