Feb half term sun recommendations pls

Looking for next year. It'll be fairly early Feb for a week. Feel like I'd like b&b hotel with somewhere to walk to restaurants. Having said that we have a 7 yr old and she will want some entertainment like kids disco / mini golf/ good pool/ beach. I think canaries are our best bet as I don't want to spend over 3k

Doesn't meet with your specific wants but we're currently in Florida for the week and having a great time. Weather is lovely and we're taking a slower pace than normal with only a day at Aquatica yesterday and a day at HS tomorrow.
