We set off around 8.30 Michelle
 we were all so excited we couldn't wait!The terminal and car park normally open around 10 to 10.30 I beleive. As you go in the building and go through security they now hand out boarding cards with a letter on, and you board in that order. You used to queue inside the terminal building to board (we were the first in the queue that time and very proud...or sad!) They always let on the top cabin categories first, and guests with special needs I do like to get there fairly early and board asap so we can eat, sort out any bookings and then have a swim while its really quiet on board.
