7 night 'Special' cruise to Costa Maya

Been checking this cruise out on DCL for 2008, I think it looks good & the prices at mo are good too but any advice on how I convince DH that we should book?
Dont think he's ready to commit yet!
We did say we'd do a last min deal next yr to Florida but maybe if I book this & just get last min flights out there?I guess I can always cancel if budget wont stretch!
What do you think?
Awaiting quotes from Dreams & Allseasons just in case!
Also, should I be concerned about Hurricanes if we go Sept or Oct?

I booked next year's cruise first and used my 60th birthday to sort of bribe him.

Then, I began using pester power for the one in December - It did eventually work. We were already going to Orlando though.

Sally how exciting...

I would just say it's better to book now before the prices go up and with the exchange rate and all

We are cruising Sept and I have not even thought about Hurricanes
I am undecided if we are booking in advance or waiting for flights for next Sept. We still have went and booked the cruise though

Good Luck I hope he comes round soon and you get booked.

Have read somewhere before that special cruises are booked up quickly.

Hi

we're booked on the Xmas Special cruise.

I wouldn't worry too much about the hurricanes, as they will detour around them, although not sure what they would do about a hurricane that was due at Cape Canaveral on the 1st or last day of the cruise

I think when this happened a couple of years ago they bussed everyone to another port and it sailed from there instead

Go for it Sally!
