Titanic experience

We went to Belfast at Easter to see The Titanic Experience.
While we were there we were lucky enough to see the violin that has been recently authenticated as it belonged to the band member who played while the ship sank and will soon be on sale. It was on display at City Hall.
Quite moving.

My husband knew the youngest survivor from the Titanic - Mullvina Dean.

You have now all convinced me that we MUST visit the Orlando version.

this sounds really good just had a look at the website can I ask anyone whos been how doable is it with a toddler in a pushchair? would I need to take him out at any time? thanks

The Titanic Experience on International Drive is definately worth a visit. It is a guided tour and the guides are brilliant.
When you buy a ticket - it has the name of one of the passengers/crew on the back and at the very end of the tour you find out if you survived... or not!
During the tour, you go out on to the deck of the ship (simulated) where the room temperature is the same as it was on the night of the sinking and the information given by the guide at that point is very poignant and quite moving.

As stated previously, the new Titanic Experience in Belfast is just extraordinary!

This is on our list of things to do I am fascinated by the titanic, took a group of people I work with at the day centre for a day out to Southampton one. It was a lovely day out!
