Mediteranean Magic Muchies - Day One/At sea
*WARNING Food Photo Heavy, May Cause Drooling*
So today we were at sea which was great as it gave us some time to get used to the Magic. We took the kids for breakfast on the top deck at cabanas, (sorry no photo's) as we had a brunch booked at PALO. DD wanted to 'make flubber' at the kids club so we dropped her off after breakfast and DS went to it's a small world again. But first... We had a fasts to meet Anna and Elsa, this was my DD's reaction: The interaction was amazing and DD was in awe. So kids deposited, we were off for our champagne brunch here: We hadn't booked this in advance but we managed to get a booking on the day we boarded no problem. DH tried to go in wearing smart shorts and loafers and that was a no-go, you need to wear trousers so after a quick change we were seated. So the brunch was a large buffet of cold and hot offerings. All of the hot offerings are ordered and brought to your table. Here are just some of what is on offer: Cured Meats Mixed Fruit Mixed Cheese Pate and jumbo Shrimp Ahi Tuna and Crab Legs Ensalate Caprese and Caviar Chocolate Covered Strawberries Cannoli's Fresh Pastries and Berries Champagne jelly and berries Bloody Mary Shrimp Fresh Chicken Parmegana Some of our Plates: This whole meal was flawless. The service was unbelievable and all of the food we managed to try was to die for. However, next time we go I need to starve myself first because there was so much I wanted to try but I couldn't fit it in! After brunch we took a slow stroll over to get the kids. After a little cat and mouse we managed to get our DD out of the kids club. So offspring secured we headed for the pool. It was pretty busy but we managed to score a seat half in the sun half in the shade so DS took a short nap before enjoying the splash zone. Just a word of warning only potty trained children are allowed in the pool however there is a lovely little splash zone for them to enjoy. After a couple of hours we went back to our room via the shops to get showered and have a little rest. Tonights dinner was at Animators Palette. Here is the Menu: This restaurant was themed so well and was really fun for the kids. So here was our starter's (we both had the same): And the kids had this: Sorry guys we forgot to photograph the mains but DH had the lamb which was divine and I had the turkey which was lovely and moist. We both had the desert trio, and it looked like this: The kids had decorate - your - own cupcakes: This came at the right time as DS was definitely ready to sleep We used the nursery again so we could watch the show and had an early night. Another lovely, relaxing day.

Thats a shame we don't get those packs! We are hoping to do the WBTA next September, it looks amazing.
