guide to August Disney cruise prices for deluxe family oceanview stateroom

Hi all,
after our fantistic 4 night disney cruise in the Bahamas last year we are looking at a cruise for 2017, either Disney or Royal Caribbean.
Royal Carribean prices are out today for August 2017 but I was hoping for a disney cruise. I know there prices are out in the next few weeks or so but I just looked at the 12 night med sruise for this year to get some idea of the price. It was showing nearly £18000 (wow) but I know the prices go up as the event gets closer.
Can anyone assist me with some idea of the price for the deluxe family oceanview stateroom for two adults and two teens for August when they first came out?

Any help would be appreciated (especially you Bats!)

Kind regards,

Phil

Which cruise were you looking at, as different lengths and room types will make a significant different Also each year they seem to put up the price they start at...

Happy to look up some details if you give me a similar cruise this year and the Class code you want.

Someone gave us the tip that sometimes 2 lower grade cabins work out cheaper.

The cruise we were looking at will be the one that goes on 1st August and visits the following countries
Sail roundtrip from Barcelona to Italy where you’ll visit ancient ports in Olbia, Civitavecchia (Rome), Naples (Pompeii) and Livorno (Florence, Pisa), as well as fascinating ports in Sicily, Villefranche* (Monte Carlo, Cannes, Nice), France and Palma (Majorca), Spain. You’ll also spend 3 delightful days at sea enjoying live entertainment, themed dining and deck parties.
We are looking at a deluxe family ocean view for two adults and two teens.

Does this help

approx £14,645 at launch till middle of May, then £15,351 for a month then £14,700 till just before xmas when it went up to the current £16,800

These are based on 2 Adults 2 children prices converted from US dollars. Disney conversions could be different. I used Cabin 4E for these prices Cheapest Deluxe family stateroom.

Definitely look at 2 inside rooms.
The Med cruises have really gone up in price and it's a shame as I'd probably do one each year if they were a better price.
Saying that though, and depending on what comes out that's 'new' for 2017, I may book a Med. It's lovely not having that Transatlantic flight!

1 inside cabin was £5600, 2 for £6200 couldn't believe it!
