Has there been any dates mentioned for the new raft ride at Typhoon Lagoon?

The Disney announcement said Spring but the URL states MARCH 2017...

Unlikely. It would be unprecedented if it does as it would cost Disney more money.

We still won't know what one will close first though. So you might be lucky and BB is closed when you are there.
